Eleva Privacy Policy

Eleva provides career and talent intelligence tools at helloeleva.ai. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our site and tools.

We collect the following:

• Your name and email address, through Google or Microsoft sign-in.

• CVs you upload for Eleva Scout, Eleva Weave, or Eleva Compass.

• A job description you upload for Eleva Weave.

• A LinkedIn PDF export you upload for Eleva Signal or Eleva Compass. This is a file you export and upload yourself, we never connect to LinkedIn directly.

• A LinkedIn profile URL at registration, used only to check that your name matches your LinkedIn profile. This is not used to log in to LinkedIn or access your LinkedIn account.

• Your preferred location and target role, where a tool asks for this.

We do not collect payment information. Eleva's automated tools are currently free to use.

Before any CV, LinkedIn profile, or job description reaches our AI provider (Google Gemini), we remove personal details such as your name, email, phone number, address, and social or personal links, and replace them with placeholders. Your real details are restored once your result is ready. Company names and job titles are kept, since our tools need this context to give you an accurate result.

Eleva Bridge, our personal service for individuals navigating redundancy or career transition, works differently. Anything you share for Bridge is reviewed manually and directly by Eleva, using Claude (Anthropic) rather than the automated process above. Bridge is not automated and does not run through the site.

We use your data to:

• Generate your Scout, Signal, Weave, or Compass report.

• Check for fraud, misuse, or fake accounts.

• Maintain and improve the site.

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers. Your data is only seen by:

• Eleva, to operate the site and tools.

• Our AI processing provider (Google Gemini), for the automated analysis described above.

• Service providers who help us host and run the site (see section 6).

Your data is stored on Hostinger, with Cloudflare providing security and content delivery. We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide our service, then delete it on a set schedule.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No method of storing or transmitting data online can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take this seriously.

We use only the minimum cookies needed to run and secure our site, such as keeping you logged in and preventing fraudulent registrations. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertising networks.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To do this, email us at contact@helloeleva.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Eleva is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below this age. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.

Because our service providers may operate in different countries, your data may be processed outside your home country. We agree data handling terms with each service provider we use. Our automated tools, Scout, Signal, Weave, and Compass, run as cloud-based processes and may involve providers located in different regions.

We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page. We recommend checking back periodically.
